Cabanas

Why do cabanas suit residential needs?

Cabanas are long loved in the residential market for their Roman shade roofs. Featuring a traditionally designed roof shade mixed with a modern aluminum frame, this roof structure is a waterproof design that is slightly cantilevered to one side allowing water to be diverted from the roof elsewhere. The most notable feature in the residential world is the cabanas’ ability to be fully manual and easy to use. With a retractable roof and manual side screens this collection can be the perfect option for your outdoor space. Keeping the cost low and functionality high, this collection of products is a beautiful addition to an outdoor space.

Types of options a cabana brings.

Extend the livability of your outdoor space by adding LED lighting, side screens, and curtains, enhancing the functionality of your shade structure to extend the ability to entertain at night and on windy afternoons.

The unique ability of these cabanas to couple with one another is the perfect solution for those larger spaces that need coverage. When coupling two units the middle post can be shared, meaning there are only 6 posts for both units instead of 8. Extend the maximum dimensions of a 4-post structure with an additional unit in any direction.

How to install a cabana for residential?

A general contractor will be required to install this product. They will help you determine the perfect footing or mount type to secure this structure. The most common way a cabana structure is installed is with a ground anchor. The general contractor will pour a concrete pedestal and secure a ground anchor to it. Once secure, the structure will be attached to these permanent footings.

Another common installation method is to mount to an existing wall. The wall mounts will attach to your house, or existing structure, and remove the post on that side of the cabana. The other cabana post will still need to be secured to the ground in some way. This creates a beautiful lean-to structure that can be integrated into the back of a building.

Other mounting options are available, specific to the products shown in the cabana collection.

Sail Shades

Why do sail shades suit residential needs?

Sail shades are an elegant way to bring shade to your residential property with little effort. These retractable sail shades can be mounted in place or simply weighted to avoid any movement. Popular for their ease of installation and the aesthetic value they bring to any area, these sail shades are a modern solution to small or large outdoor areas.

Types of options the sail shade brings.

The most notable feature of a sail shade is the retractable canopy. Other options include altering the post that helps support this shade canopy with kits that can replace the post with wall mounts, as long as the wall is at a 90-degree angle for the mounting hardware and structures connection.
